In a traditional conservatory, the longest period of time is taken up by the digging out of the foundations, laying the concrete floor and building the base walls.
Our revolutionary prefabrication technology - DURABASE, which delivers exceptional quality and outstanding insulation to provide you with a conservatory to be proud of, bypasses the need for all of this time wasting effort. Part of the secret is our foundation pad system. We no longer have to dig up your garden to lay a full concrete base although traditional 1 metre deep footings are available at no extra cost. The 7 Day Conservatory uses supporting pillars that are sunk into small (18” x 18”) foundations. The floor is constructed from steel joists and the base walls using made-to-fit prefabricated units insulated to the highest standard. Then we install the glazing, finish off the flooring to the style of your choice and complete the electrical work.
An that’s it. A finished conservatory in 7 days, and if you move, you can take it with you... all that is left behind are holes that the supporting struts used to occupy and these can be easily filled with top-soil and finished to match the rest of the garden.
