All G2S advertised prices are fully inclusive of:
- Site survey to determine the exact measurements so that all frames are made to measure for your house.
- Full planning permission via your local authority – you can just sit back secure in the knowledge that everything is being handled efficiently for you.
- Full groundworks and base system – whether you choose a traditional foundation base, or our G2S 7 day base system, all materials and equipment will be supplied by us.
- Made to measure frames and glass, in a wide range of styles and colours. Our advisers will help you to choose from polycarbonate or glass roof systems. Our frames are manufactured using 70mm reinforced steel frame systems with multi-point locking systems. We will help you to choose where to have opening windows.
- Full installation with finishing, including two wall lights, two double sockets and a wall mounted heater.
- We can also install underfloor heating, and complete your flooring with tiles or laminate flooring (at an additional cost). Alternatively, we can leave your flat screeded floor ready to accept carpet.
We promise that you will be delighted with your new conservatory, we are so confident in our products that we will guarantee all materials and workmanship for 10 years from completion. You will receive written documentation to keep so that, in the event that you sell your property, this will form a part of your Home Information Pack. This will add value to your property.
